Terms of Service
By commissioning Flexowyd, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
The remaining 50% must be paid before the completed project is delivered.
Accepted payment methods will be discussed before work begins.
Failure to complete the final payment may result in project files being withheld until payment is received.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Every commission is quoted individually based on scope, complexity, requested features, and deadline.
Quotes are valid only for the agreed project scope.
Any additional work requested after the quote has been accepted may require an additional charge.
3. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included throughout development.
Requests that significantly differ from the original agreement or require rebuilding completed work may incur additional fees.
Excessive revisions are subject to additional charges.
4. Deadlines
Estimated completion dates are provided before work begins.
Delays caused by changes in project requirements, slow communication, or missing assets from the client may extend the delivery date.
While I strive to meet deadlines, completion dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed.
5. Communication
Clients are expected to respond to questions, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
Extended inactivity may pause the project until communication resumes.
Frequent communication helps ensure the project stays on schedule.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once work has started.
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances after development begins.
If the client cancels the project after work has started, all payments made remain non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered if I am personally unable to complete the project before any meaningful work has been completed.
7. Ownership
Ownership of the commissioned work transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
Until payment is complete, all work remains the property of Flexowyd.
I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional material unless a confidentiality agreement (NDA) has been arranged beforehand.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing:
A clear project description.
References whenever possible.
Any required assets, permissions, or project files needed for development.
Timely feedback throughout the commission.
Failure to provide required information may delay the project.
9. Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel the commission before development begins.
If the client cancels after work has started, no refund will be issued.
Work completed beyond the initial deposit may require additional payment before files are released.
Projects abandoned due to client inactivity for more than 30 days may be closed without notice.
10. Confidentiality
Any confidential information provided during development will remain private unless permission is given to disclose it.
Confidential projects will not be showcased publicly if an NDA has been agreed upon.
11. Prohibited Projects
I reserve the right to decline any commission involving:
Stolen or leaked assets.
Copyright infringement.
Malicious, deceptive, or illegal content.
Content that violates Roblox’s Terms of Use.
Hate speech, harassment, or other inappropriate material.
12. Delivery
Final project files will only be delivered after the remaining balance has been paid in full.
Editable source files are only included if agreed upon before development begins.
Once delivered, the project is considered complete unless additional work has been requested.
13. Agreement
By commissioning Flexowyd and submitting the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms are intended to protect both the client and the developer and ensure a smooth, professional working relationship.
